 As the oldest Colombian city. Santa Marta offers a really interesting history to find out. it played an important role during the colonial period.  If you walk through the historic center, you will see colonial houses and colorful streets where you must not forget to take pictures. Visitors also have to go to the Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, the place where Simón Bolívar spent his last days.
